"Christian is a skilled and motivating teacher, GIS-professional and coach, he will explain in detail how to write code even for a beginner who has never had experience in programming.
And, of course, always ready to answer any question during the exercises.
In general, everything was well and interestingly organized.
I recommend to follow the announcements and don't miss the opportunity to study with him."

“I loved attending the "WebGIS Secrets Masterclass" by Christian.
It was straightforward to follow - and understand what's needed to get started with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
This is the course for you if you're a beginner to an intermediate programer.
And what I liked most was - his ability to breakdown complex concepts into relatable analogies."

"Do I need prior Python knowledge to join?"
Basic Python knowledge is ideal, but you don’t need to be an expert. We’ll start from scratch with backend development in Django/GeoDjango, and I’ll guide you through every step.
"How is this course structured?"
This workshop is a 4-day program: Thursday and Friday (October 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th), 2 hours per day.

Yes! All sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the replays, so you can review the material at your own pace.
"What tools do I need to install before the Workshop starts?"
Nothing, but we will use for free:
- Visual Studio Code (VSC) for code writing.
- Python (for Django/GeoDjango).
- PostGIS (for spatial database).
- GeoServer (for serving your geospatial data).
- Leaflet (for frontend mapping).
Before the course, I will provide you with easy setup instructions if needed so everything is ready to go!
"What will I be able to do after the course?"
You’ll walk away with a ready-to-launch WebGIS template, fully integrated with a Django/GeoDjango backend, PostGIS for data handling, GeoServer, and a Leaflet frontend. You’ll also have the knowledge to customize it, swap out data, or add extra features. For your work or for freelancing.
"What if I’ve never worked with PostGIS or GeoDjango or any tool we use before?"
Don’t worry! This course is designed to teach you how to set up everything from scratch. Even if you’re new to these tools, you’ll quickly grasp how to use them through our live, step-by-step guidance.
"Can I ask questions during the live sessions?"
